19th Century Victorian Secretary Desk - Lot #: 175

Circa 1870, Ash two part secretary with two door top with cove molded broken arch top with flor-dis-lis center pediment, Pine shelves, poplar and walnut secondary woods. Two doors have raised carved molded decoration with leaf carved corners and spear shape molding. Original ebonized wood tear drop pull. Top rests on a two door base with a slant front desk, paneled sides and scrolled carvings. Rests on empire style front legs and back straight legs. 45W x 28 1/2D x 93H.
Condition: Original brass fittings and pulls, overall very good
