Bushell, Roy E Jorgensen, consulting engineers parsons, Brinkerhoff, Hall and McDonald. Contractors - Gull contracting Co. Inc. and L.G. Defelice and Son Inc. New York, NY molded wood, masonite with original silver leaf 64W x 1/2D x 46H.
