19th Century Burled & Inlaid Secretary Cabinet - Lot #: 150

Circa 1840-1860, burled walnut and rosewood secretary desk with double dome top with ribbed cove molded top. Rest on top cabinet with two mirrored doors over two drawers. Rosewood and maple string inlaid on top and base. Interior has ten pigeon holes and twelve drawers with center door. Top rests on bottom cabinet with three drawers, serpentine front with shaped top and base resting on bun feet. Original ornate brass pulls, and hardware. Pine secondary wood. 42 1/4w x 24d x 71 1/2h
Condition: Needs restoration, missing some veneer.
